What are lab-grown diamonds?

Lab diamonds are identical to natural, but they are grown rather than mined. Lab-grown diamonds avoid the environmental harm, “blood diamond” conflicts, and unethical labour often linked to traditionally mined diamonds. We choose lab diamonds as a sustainable, ethical choice with full traceability and transparency. Just like mined, lab-grown diamonds are the hardest material on planet earth.

What grade are your diamonds?

Our GIA certified diamond experts personally handpick all our lab-grown diamonds, ensuring the quality is at least G colour and VS clarity, which ensures each diamond is flawless to the eye.

How do I choose the right size?

We offer a complimentary resize on all ring purchases up to 2 full UK size up or down. However, we highly recommend ensuring the correct size and fit from the start! If you don't know your ring size request a free ring sizer by emailing us at hello@diamnd.co

Do you offer a warrantee?

DIAMND is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in our jewellery. As a testament to our dedication, we provide a complimentary Lifetime Warranty with every purchase. See our terms here.

What is your return policy?

Every order is custom-made in England to each customer's exact specifications. We only offer refunds as store credit, minus a recycling fee, within a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your item. See full terms here.

What is the delivery timescale?

Typically 4-6 weeks. Each ring is meticulously crafted to ensure the highest quality, which may require some time. Rest assured, we strive to get your order to you as efficiently as possible while maintaining our standards of excellence.

How are your rings delivered?

Orders are sent in discreet, plain packaging so as not to spoil any surprises! A signature is required upon delivery. Expect your item in 4-6 weeks.

What is a virtual appointment?

Our virtual appoinments are usually done via a video call on a selected time and date arranged with a member of our team. During the appointment you get a chance to chat with one of our diamond experts to discuss cut, clarity, colour and shape of diamonds, as well as metal choices and diamond size queries. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments with all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We also give the option to pay via PayPal or Klarna, which give the option to pay in 3 payments or in 30 days.* See more about Klarna here.
